This cleanser is Illumineye Lashes own tried-and- tested formula, gentle on extensions as it washes away everyday dirt, oil and makeup residue. Lightly scented with grapefruit, this product is easy to use and is recommended to use with a cleansing brush—perfect for travel and on-the- go application. It even doubles as a facial cleanser!

Our Foaming Lash Cleanser is a great choice for technicians and clients alike, as regular lash cleaning is an important factor in maintaining the longevity of lash extensions and as a preparation for infills.

Using this product 3-4 times a week will ensure that your natural lashes are perfectly primed for new extensions.

Please note: this product is not suitable for use within 24 hours of a lash treatment, as contact with moisture while extension glue is curing will interrupt the bonding process.

Can be used as a makeup remover for natral lashes.

Due to the health and safety guidelines of our product, and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will exchange the item. If you received a damaged or faulty item you must notify us in seven days to rectify this.

If you notify us after the seven days we will not offer a replacement for you.

In order for you to complete your return, please provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it. Then we will send you a message to notify you that we have it.

After your inspection should you be approved we will re send you another strip of the same style. If we do not have this style in stock we will ask you to choose a different style.

Exchanges

Please check the goods are in perfect condition and contact us straight away if there is a problem. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If returning from outside the EU please do not use carrier services as there will be an expensive clearance fee we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value of the parcel is listed as zero and you can clearly right returned goods on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.

Illumineyelashes do not pay returns postage, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
