Due to the health and safety guidelines of our product, and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will exchange the item. If you received a damaged or faulty item you must notify us in seven days to rectify this.
If you notify us after the seven days we will not offer a replacement for you.
Because these lashes are handmade, each one can be slightly different. This is because all sets have a bespoke formula, depending on the hairs and employees used to skilfully create each one.
In order for you to complete your return, please provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it. Then we will send you a message to notify you that we have it.
After your inspection should you be approved we will re send you another strip of the same style. If we do not have this style in stock we will ask you to choose a different style.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email and send your item to:-

Please check the goods are in perfect condition and contact us straight away if there is a problem. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If returning from outside the EU please do not use carrier services as there will be an expensive clearance fee we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value of the parcel is listed as zero and you can clearly right returned goods on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
Illumineyelashes do not pay returns postage, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
