Eyebrow Hair Removal Aftercare

For Brow Waxing, Threading & Tweezing

Your brow treatment has removed hair from the root, which can leave the skin around your brows temporarily more sensitive.

A little care during the first couple of days will help keep the area calm, comfortable and beautifully smooth.

First 24 Hours

Please avoid:

🙅‍♀️ Touching or rubbing your brows

Try not to touch, scratch or rub the freshly treated area.

Your fingers naturally carry oils and bacteria, and the follicles can be more open immediately after hair removal.

💄 Heavy make-up around the brows

Avoid applying additional foundation, concealer or heavy make-up directly over the treated skin for24 hours.

This can clog freshly treated follicles and contribute to little bumps or spots.

🔥 Excessive heat & steam

Avoid saunas, steam rooms and very hot environments for24 hours.

🏃‍♀️ Heavy sweating

Avoid intense exercise or anything that causes excessive sweating around the brow area for24 hours.

🏊‍♀️ Swimming

Avoid swimming pools for the first24 hours.

☀️ Direct sun & sunbeds

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and sunbeds for24 hourswhile the skin is more sensitive.

What’s normal after treatment?

✨ Slight redness

✨ Mild sensitivity

✨ Small red dots around the follicles

✨ Temporary bumps

✨ A warm or slightly tender feeling

These are all common following hair removal and should usually settle over the course of the day.

If you have naturally sensitive skin, the redness may take slightly longer to settle.
