Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Training Courses To secure your place on any Illumineye Training Academy course, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. Deposit Your £100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It confirms your place on the course and removes that date from availability for other students. By paying your deposit you are confirming that you have read and agreed to this booking policy in full. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before your course date. Payment can be made in full or spread out at checkout. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in your place being released and your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations by You If you cancel your booking for any reason, your £100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than four weeks' notice, your remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded in full. If you cancel with less than four weeks' notice, the full course fee is non-refundable. Transferring Your Place If you are unable to attend your booked course date, you may transfer your deposit to a future course date on one occasion only, provided you give at least 14 days' notice. A second date change will require a new deposit to be paid. Cancellations by Illumineye In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional charge. No Shows Failure to attend your course without prior notice will result in the full course fee being forfeited with no refund or transfer offered. How to Book A booking is only confirmed once your £100 deposit has been received and you have received a booking confirmation from us.
